Class of 1978 Ten Most Wanted

The only way this photo is coming down is if you turn yourself in!

Perhaps when you've got it all -- brains, beauty, charm & grace -- you can afford to leave your old friends behind. We've been on the lookout for Ms. Whitehead for over a decade, and we're told she's still quite a catch. Local rumblings about her trips to Europe and the Mediteranean sightings proved to be dead ends.

#1 FOUND
Jane Marie Whitehead

Still, we can only ponder the possibilities... On the arm of a Greek prince? Running her own 4-star hotel? Hanging with Beth McNiesh Down Under? Maybe she is the physician or the attorney our class has yet to produce. Or perhaps she's simply driving a minivan with her four beautiful kids in tow, far too busy to be thinking of us.

#2 FOUND
Meridith Ross

Last seen daydreaming about those Hawaiian sands and hula skirts. Perhaps the young woman headed west after June '78?

#3
William Stevenson

Where are you Bill? On the beaches of Monterey? Under the hood of a '74 GTO? Surfing between C-SPAN and the Food Channel? Earning your monthly nut behind a desk or at the top of a power pole? Let us know and come to the Reunion!

#4
Charlie Miller

Object of 9-state manhunt on charges of escaping a Florida institution. South American sightings indicate he may be a ground commander with Shining Path. If stateside, would seek out fresh powder, noisy people, denim. Profligate violator of local and state ordinances: could be in short-term custody, or using the parent's house on Patriot Hill as refuge. Probable occupations: human resources director, theater owner, union organizer, band roadie, swimming pool salesman.

#5
Karen McDonald

Karen's wanted on all kinds of charges. First, taking off to live your dreams without even a word back to us. Second, never looking back: what's up with that? Third, being missed by those you left behind. C'mon back -- we'll go easy...

#6
Ken McKay

Wanted for trendsetting, skateboarding crimes and breaking rules not yet invented. Probably in hiding near coastal waters or tall peaks. Known to associate with ski bums, surfers, and a mother-in-law named Tortoise. Last seen in Colorado, possibly near Denver, and before that skateboarding down Hayward Road in a high-velocity tuck. Discovered he is not related to any other McKay in the continental United States.

#7
Dennis Kuntzsch

Recent tips from the Kallio clan have Dennis living right under our noses in Maynard on Assabet Street. Then again, we're sending Pam's mail to her parent's house... who knows if it could be true!

#8
Susan E. Bodde

Her talents may have taken her far, but we're still hoping to bring Pix back into the fold. We spin just imagining the possibilites for Sue -- so much energy and enthusiasm. No doubt she's quite happy with a full life -- no crime in that. Check in Sue!

#9 FOUND
Jerry Davis

Need-for-speed resulted in dozens of warrants: difficult to take into custody. Air Force Academy may have pushed Jerry over the brink and into the arms of woman named Sue, or he may be somewhere in Colorado re-living his F-111 hours over Saudi. Last seen running the 440 at Univ. of Northern Colorado. Will be happy we bumped him up to to #9.

#10
Virginia M. Wall

How is this even possible?
